Daños y problemas

Excepciones / artículos no retornables

Desafortunadamente, no podemos aceptar devoluciones a la venta de artículos o tarjetas de regalo.

Intercambios
La forma más rápida de asegurarse de obtener lo que desea es devolver el artículo que tiene, y una vez que se acepta la devolución, hacer una compra por separado para el nuevo artículo.

Reembolsos

Como todos los artículos están hechos a mano, todos los pedidos se envían dentro de los 7 días hábiles después de que se despeje el pago. Todos los artículos se envían a través de correo prioritario de USPS, o expreso de prioridad mundial de USPS.
