The resulting product is a rich, smooth butter with a great performance in protecting the skin barrier and in helping prevent cell damage.

Tranexamic acid (TXA) is a powerful ingredient recognized for its ability to brighten skin complexion and improve the appearance of discoloration. It has been shown to diminish the appearance of discoloration, reduce dark spots, improve hyperpigmentation, melasma and stubborn brown patches.
TXA interferes with a pathway that decreases the interaction between skin cells, or keratinocytes, and melanin-forming cells, or melanocytes.

Strengthens skin barrier, reduces acne and acne-related discolorations. It is safe and well-tolerated by all skin types, nearly 96% of study participants who used tranexamic acid saw noticeable improvement after 12 weeks of daily use when coupled with sunscreen.

Together, the blend promotes an even skin tone and fades the look of stubborn, diffuse discolorations and spots.

WARNING: Turmeric present in this oil may stain. Be sure to avoid light colored clothing or fabrics, pillowcases etc etc, however if a stain occurs, it is washable with warm water and soap.
